Why Kicon? It is meant to be pronounced “k-icon”. That’s because “k-icon” sounds like “kijken”, which is Dutch and means “look at”.

If you can’t stop yourself from pronouncing it “keecon”, please say “keek – awn”. That sounds like “kiek oan”, which – I imagine – is how someone in the north of Germany would say “look at that!”.

I use this website occasionally to share ideas and projects. You can sign up so that you get an email when I post something new (which happens every few years..). Took an hour or so to figure out how to get that to work, so yeah, please use it 😉
